Terms of Immigration and Education Consulting Service
Each immigration or education service arising as a result of an introduction made by Lander International Limited will be subject to our standard Service Agreement as they are applicable in the circumstances. All prospective clients for whom we provide immigration or education consulting service will be provided with a copy of the Written Service Agreement for signature.
Law and Jurisdiction
The use of the Website and any agreements entered into through the Website are to be governed by and construed in accordance with New Zealand law. The courts of New Zealand are to have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or any agreement made through the Website.
